COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS

 As we celebrate Thanksgiving tomorrow let's remember to count our blessings.

Count your blessings name them one by one
Count your blessings see what God hath done
Count your blessings name them one by one
And it will surprise you what the Lord hath done

Seven times a day do I praise thee because of thy righteous judgments.
Psalm 119:164

In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. I Thessalonians 5:18

When life gets hard, we tend to forget all God has done for us and we start complaining and feeling sorry for ourselves. This mindset can lead to depression and hopelessness. I find when I start heading down that dark tunnel and begin to think only about my problems if I'll stop and start counting my blessings, my whole outlook on life changes. I begin to see God's goodness when I don't deserve it, and my whole mindset changes to where I am now thanking and praising God.

So when things are looking dark and dreary start counting your blessings naming them one by one, and you'll be surprised to see what God has done for you.
