PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
50 sugar cubes
9 oz. peanut butter (1/2 of 18 oz. jar)
1 18 oz. peanut butter jar lid of water
Mix sugar cubes with water and stir until cubes are mostly crumbled. Cook in microwave for three minutes (make sure mixture doesn't boil over). Put peanut butter in a separate bowl and microwave for one minute. Pour peanut butter into hot sugar and water mixture and mix well. Pour mixture into a buttered 8 x 8 pan and cool until set up. I let mine set up in my bowl as I don't have any pans.
